J. Todd Jennings, President & CEO
As an Executive Leader, Mr. Jennings has been selected by SmartCEO Magazine not once but twice as one of the top CXO’s in the Baltimore/Washington area. Mr. Jennings aligns our client’s technology vision with business strategy by integrating their company processes with the appropriate technologies. Mr. Jennings leads strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.
Mr. Jennings previously was Chief Information Officer for Quality Health Strategies which provided leadership services and consultative resources to ensure all Americans receive care that is safe, effective, efficient, equitable, timely, and patient-centered. QHS included more than 500 professionals including physicians, registered nurses, health policy analysts, data analysts, biostatisticians, medical records analysts and systems analysts.
As the Executive Director of Technology for Medifast, Inc. in Owings Mills, Maryland. Mr. Jennings was responsible for day-to-day operations of the various technologies groups within Medifast. In Fiscal Year 2009 he reduced the company’s IT expenses by $1.1 million and increased e-commerce sales by $2.76 million. Mr. Jennings has held several other leadership positions in technology including Chief Information Officer for the Transplant Center of Maryland/LifeLogics and Director of Internet Services and Applications for LCG Technologies. He was also founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Tiger Incorporated.
Mr. Jennings earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and served as a staff member assigned to Admiral Bookhultz in the United States Navy. As an avid Triathlete Mr. Jennings recently competed in the Ironman World Championship and 2011-2013 US Nationals as a member of the Timex Factory Team helping to raise awareness and funds for ALS. Supporting all of those with ALS and The Brigance Brigade.
Skip Tatum, Chief Network Officer, Managing Partner
Mr. Tatum has an extensive enterprise engineering background, working with diverse environments in both large and medium sized corporate environments. Mr. Tatum brings the ability to think outside the box to develop technology solutions that help to drive business initiatives. Mr. Tatum has spearheaded many projects, including the implementation of VoIP systems, the migration of company critical database applications, data center relocation and Disaster Recovery planning and testing. Along with complex data storage implementations and Virtualization platform solutions.
Stuart Tatum, EVP Service Delivery, Managing Partner
Mr. Tatum has an extensive enterprise engineering, service, and operations management background of complex environments for medium to large corporate organizations. With over 20 years of experience, he has also overseen high profile business projects that include technical planning, business assessment, and risk mitigation in converting business objectives into technology driven solutions. His experience covers desktop, server, and application virtualization, Microsoft back office offerings, storage, security, and cloud solutions. Mr. Tatum provides all strategic direction of Panthera’s client services and sales engineering operations including delivery. Our service teams are growing quickly and he continues to drive high quality results through his proven record of building and maintaining dynamic infrastructure teams through his unique leadership and management style.
Yvonne McDaniels, VP of IT Operations / Compliance
Mrs. McDaniels bring Panthera more than 30 years of expertise in financial services, compliance and information technology. Mrs. McDaniels has served as an accountant, business analyst, programmer, financial systems manager, project manager and relationship manager. Mrs. McDaniels brings senior skills in maintaining the delicate balance between using and exploiting technology to support and advance business goals/objectives and ensuring the risks of doing so are proactively and effectively mitigated without over-burdening the business. Mrs. McDaniels holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Economics and Administration & Management Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Matt Cooke, Chief Operating Officer
Drawing from 16+ years of technical and operational experience in process, solution, and systems integration, Mr. Cooke is highly focused on team collaboration, exceeding company goals for profitability, systems reliability, and service delivery excellence.
